1. Service Description

Wall 2 Wall GC LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed Maryland general contractor (MHIC #153363) providing residential and commercial contracting services including remodeling, painting, landscaping, decks, patios, concrete, and framing in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

By submitting any form, inquiry, or request through wall2wallgc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or submit your information.

2. SMS Communications

By submitting your information through any form on wall2wallgc.com — including estimate requests, contact forms, or the realtor inquiry form — you acknowledge and agree that Wall 2 Wall GC LLC may contact you via SMS regarding your work request. The following terms apply:

• Message type: SMS messages are sent solely in relation to your submitted work request — such as confirmation, scheduling, follow-up, or project updates.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the nature and status of your work request.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or call us at (443) 216-4585.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding, including your correct SMS-capable phone number.
• Notify us promptly if your contact information changes.
• Use the service only for its intended purpose — receiving lead notifications for your contracting business.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the notification system.
• Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the service.

4. Payment Terms

Service pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are established at the time of enrollment and communicated directly to you. All fees are due as agreed. Wall 2 Wall GC LLC reserves the right to suspend service for non-payment after reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wall 2 Wall GC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of SMS notifications. Delivery is subject to factors outside our control, including carrier availability and network conditions.

6. Electronic Agreements & E-SIGN Act

By completing our onboarding form and checking the consent box, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Wall 2 Wall GC LLC. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Electronic consent is valid: Your electronic acceptance — including checking the opt-in consent checkbox — constitutes a valid and enforceable signature and agreement under U.S. law.
• E-SIGN Act compliance: Electronic signatures and records are valid and enforceable in the United States under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state law.
• Website & service agreement: By visiting wall2wallgc.com or submitting any inquiry, request, or form through our website, you agree that your electronic interaction constitutes a valid and enforceable agreement to these Terms under U.S. law.
• Record retention: We retain records of your electronic consent, including timestamp and method of acceptance, as proof of agreement.
• Right to paper copy: You have the right to request a paper copy of any electronic record or agreement. Contact us at (443) 216-4585 to make such a request.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at wall2wallgc.com/terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
