• Message type: All messages are transactional — triggered by a specific lead capture event, not sent for promotional purposes.

• Frequency: One message per lead capture event. Frequency varies based on inbound call volume.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Period.

Your phone number is shared with Twilio, Inc. solely for the purpose of delivering SMS notifications to you. Twilio acts as our SMS delivery provider and is bound by its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. No other data is shared with Twilio or any other third party.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. If you opt out of SMS notifications via STOP, your phone number is flagged as opted-out and no further messages are sent. Opt-out records are retained as required by TCPA regulations.

Our service uses AI technology to answer inbound calls and capture lead information. In connection with this:

• Call processing: Inbound calls may be processed by our AI system to extract caller name, phone number, and the nature of the inquiry. This information is used solely to generate your lead notification.
• No long-term call storage: We do not retain full call recordings beyond what is necessary to generate and deliver the lead notification.
• Caller data: Information captured about your callers (their name, number, etc.) is used only to populate your lead notification and is not stored, sold, or used for any other purpose.
• Third-party AI: Our AI answering system may be powered by third-party technology providers. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering the service.
